Housing Estate "Samal"

The housing complex "Samal" consists of 10 standard houses. The microdistrict was built in 1997-2000 and became one of the first projects, that changed the image of the Nur-Sultan promenade. The light yellow houses became a distinctive visiting card of the area. The microdistrict consists of seven identical 16-story towers and three identical 10-story houses.

The Arena was opened on July 3, 2009. The 30,000-seat stadium was conceived as a large amphitheater with a distinctive and instantly recognizable form when viewed from a distance and from close proximity. The Astana Arena stadium is a large sports complex that allows to navigate not only football matches, but also be easily adapted to other sporting events, including boxing, judo and wrestling, which are so beloved in the country. Matches of the Kazakhstan national football team and the Astana football club are held at this stadium.

The building of Hotel “Grand Park Esil” is one of the landmarks in Astana and is one of the first hotels in the central square of the city. Hotel lighting is made in the best traditions of classical architectural lighting. The harmonious combination of warm and cold building lighting, which is becoming brighter to the roof of the hotel and ends with its bright name, not only illuminates the building at night, but also adds a note of luxury to the structure.

The Ice Palace is the most important sports facility of the 2017 Universiade and the largest sports facility in Kazakhstan. The complex consists of three blocks: an ice arena for 12,000 seats, a training skating rink with a fitness center and a swimming pool. The Ice Palace elegant architecture is emphasized by luminous wavy lines in various colors. The central part is equipped with a media facade, which is capable to broadcast a real-time sports event taking place inside the complex.

The Nur-Sultan TV Tower was built in the 60s of the XX century. The Tower is entirely made from metal. The lighting design idea is made to simply emphasize its natural forms. By virtue of  the height and new lighting, the television tower can now be seen from different parts of the city at night. The idea was realized using controlled full-color pixels. Today it is not just a functional structure, but also an eye-catching decoration of our young capital.

Shopping center "Mechta" combines a store of electronics and household goods, a furniture store, and also a modern fast-food restaurant. Located on the overpass near the bridge, the "Mechta" is always a crowded place and attracts more and more customers.
